The Season of Self School
The Season of Self school is a membership. You can join monthly ($25/month) or annually ($197/year), and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Membership includes the Dream Life Mapping course, monthly live group coaching, async support in the community, the somatic toolkit, and everything we add to the school over time.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time in two clicks from your account settings. No email is required, and there are no cancellation fees.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You'll keep access to the school through the end of your current billing period (the month or year you've already paid for). We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period once it has begun, except as described in the money-back guarantee below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want joining the school to feel like an easy yes. If the school isn't right for you, email us at hello@seasonofself.co within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
For monthly members, this applies to your first monthly charge. For annual members, this applies to your first annual charge. To help us improve, we may ask for a brief note on why it wasn't a fit, but you're not required to provide extensive detail.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window has closed are handled through cancellation (above): future charges stop, and access continues through the end of your current period.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@seasonofself.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, the email address associated with your account, and the date of your first payment. Once we receive your request, we'll review it, confirm your eligibility, and process any eligible refund promptly.
Other Offerings
Refund eligibility for other offerings, such as The Inner Map, retreats, or one-on-one sessions, may vary depending on their nature and is communicated at the time of purchase. If you have questions about your specific situation or believe there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us directly at hello@seasonofself.co, and we'll do our best to work with you.
Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request, we typically process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 business weeks for the funds to appear in your account.
If you don't see the refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing delays can sometimes occur on their end. If you have concerns, reach out to us and we'll investigate further.
